My Wonderful Yoga offers Hatha & Vinyasa Flow (60 minute) classes, open to all levels.

All are welcome to the classes - beginners are most welcome! Sessions are led by a qualified and experienced teacher. Jo has been teaching yoga for almost 3 years and holds a YA 200hr Yoga Diploma.

£8 per class (60 mins). Payment via cash or bank transfer.
1-1 classes available on request.

8.45am Mondays and Tuesdays
6pm Wednesdays
10am Saturdays

Christ Church Hall, Widley
6.30pm Thursdays

Bedhampton Community Centre
6.30pm Tuesdays
8am Fridays
